Anthony Kannon goes on tour

Hailing from Ithaca NY, Anthony Kannon is one of the hardest working artists in Upstate. Signed to record label Smacked Records, the young and skillful Kannon has worked with dozens of local artists establishing himself as one of the premier and sure fire artists to work with.

An advocate for philanthropy and community care, Kannon participates in community events to help teach the youth about hip-hop and its history. He works with kids often to keep them active in a positive environment and give them hope for the future in an ever growing world and  industry where he is an example of hard work making dreams come true.

At the end of 2019 he released a smash joint project with Fellow Ithaca artist Meech Booker. It was a local hit that won the two Upstate Aesthetics fan voted Album of the year award for 2019.  The 10 track project had amazing production from Binghamton producer ChizeMixedIt and gave fans all they could handle. Kannon then proceeded to collaborate with Elmira artist Cherp, to make the hit record “Ghetto Gospel”. The popular song made it to radio stations Shade 45 and Hot 97 leaving fans wondering what the two could bring to the table next.

At only 21 years young, Kannon is starting his first tour spanning 5 states and 6 different venues over a period of a month. Traveling to multiple locations in New York, West Virginia, Connecticut, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Hes previously opened up for Kung-Fu Vampire and and has even worked with King Los. With his ridiculous work ethic and clear motivation, Anthony Kannon will be here for quite a long time pumping true rap and hip hop back into the game.
