Upstate veteran Cherp is showing us his holiday spirit to wrap this year up with his latest album announcement “I Hate Christmas“. This is his second album of the year following “Up Now” back in mid June. With the variation of talent involved its clear that Cherp never fails to piece together impressive projects with equally as impressive production and features.
The album is produced by D Fresh and has features from Tee Melly, O3 Kosta, Elijah Rosario, Noise Marley, Jxylen, and even Ricky Hyde of Benny the Butcher‘s Black Soprano Family. Cherp hinted at this collaboration back when he was on IG live earlier this year in a studio with Ricky and fellow BSF artist Heem.
The lead single from the project is already available on streaming services. The album titled track “I Hate Christmas” features fellow Elmira natives Tee Melly and O3 Kosta.
This is the first time we get to hear the anticipated collaboration of Cherp and Melly. Kosta however is no stranger to working with the “Up Now” artist, as this will be the third time we’ve heard these two on the same track in just this year alone.
Keep your ears open for I Hate Christmas hitting all major streaming platforms December 15th. Stay up to date with Cherp through his social links and don’t forget to keep supporting your locals!
